Structural & Functional Proteomics: Delving into Molecular Details 2013
The workshop “Structural and Functional Proteomics: Delving into Molecular Details” was held in Utrecht, 14-15 January, 2013.
This workshop was organized by Michiel Vermeulen and Frank Sobott, and was co-sponsored by 4DCellFate, the Cancer Genomics Centre (CGC), and Waters. The workshop took place in La Vie Utrecht (Lange Viestraat 351). It was open to the public, and no registration is required. Please find the program (with directions to reach the venue) attached below.
A mini-symposium with world-class researchers will highlight cutting-edge topics from the field of proteomics, such as the role of post-translational modifications on interaction proteomics. These talks are open to the public, and participants will have the chance tonetwork over coffee during the day or a drink afterward the talks.
A practical tutorial will be held specifically for 4DCellFate members on Tuesday afternoon. This interactive tutorial will deal with topics of interest, such as how to carry out the analysis of MS results. 4DCellFate members will also attend a dinner with the speakers on Monday evening, to promote networking within the consortium and with the speakers.
